Semester Two 2018/2019 Examinations

Semester Two 2018/2019 Examinations

Examinations for Semester Two started on Wednesday 15th May 2019 with the Open Learning (Recess) students and the rest on Friday 17th May 2019 and are expected to run until 2nd June 2019.

Unlike the previous years now there is no problem with the sitting space, due to the new Library block which accommodates many students.

According to the officer in charge of examinations Canon Benon Kwikiriza the examinations atmosphere is conducive and the invigilators are doing a good job.

The newly introduced Academic Information Management System (AIMS) has removed the struggles and long queues for registration, payment of tuition and examination cards. A student now does all this online.

The QR Code application helps us to verify student registration and examination cards. This is a big relief for both students and staff.

However, there are still some challenges of delayed payment of tuition by some students and delayed submission of questions by departments.

Canon is grateful to Management for the support; staff especially those involved in processing, supervision, and invigilation for working tirelessly, and hopes that examinations will end well and wishes success to all students.
