1. Kabale University invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Domestic bidding contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all eligible bidders.
4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm on working days.

The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of written application to the address below at 8(b) and upon payment of non-refundable fee of UGX 200,000 (Two Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) Payment Reference Numbers Can be got from the University Finance Department on Telephone Contact No:(0782834350) and email dub@kab.ac.ug
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(c) at or before 11:00 am on 5^th October 2022]. The bids must be accompanied with a bid security as indicated in the table above which must be valid until 30^th November 2022. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at [11:30 am on 5^th October 2022]
7. There shall not be a pre-bid meeting.
