  1. Kabale University has received and allocated funds from the Government of Uganda to be used for undertaking the following procurements:

  1. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the above procurements.
  2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with Open Domestic bidding contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all eligible bidders.
  3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 8:00am to 5:00pm on working days.
  4. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders who must get reference numbers from Finance Department to enable them effect payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings Only) for the Bidding Document and each item must be paid for separately and for more assistance contact the officer in charge on Telephone No.0782834350
  5. Bids must be delivered in hard copies one original and two photocopies to the address below at 8(c) at or before 10:00 am on 28th February,2022. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security which must be valid until 30th June 2022. Late bids shall be rejected.
  6. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 8(d) at [10:30 am on 28nd February, 2022]
