Kabale University takes immense pride in announcing the remarkable achievement of the Kabale University Medical Students’ Association (KUMSA) in the recently concluded African Inter-Medical School Quiz Competition. This prestigious event, organized by the Federation of African Medical Students’ Associations (FAMSA), was held from November 20th to December 7th, 2024, and brought together medical students from over 40 medical schools across the continent.
For the second consecutive year, KUMSA emerged as the overall winner, showcasing exceptional academic excellence and the unparalleled quality of education provided at Kabale University’s School of Medicine (KABSOM). This victory is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and teamwork of our students, coupled with the unwavering support and mentorship from the university’s faculty and administration.
