KAB student rewarded with Brand new laptop in the Uganda -China friendship Competitions

Philip Ssempebwa, a second-year student at KAB (Bachelor of Information Technology) has been awarded a brand-new HP laptop in the recently concluded China-Uganda Friendship Competitions held at MUBS in Nakawa.

Ssempebwa emerged as the first runners-up in the competition that was themed Chinese Culture, History, Relations, Investments, and China’s economy

According to the organizers, the contest was aimed at promoting and testing the knowledge of participants specifically in the areas of cultural promotion between the two countries of which findings from this will pre-empt further research and investigate ways cultural exchanges and promotion can be deepened and improved.

The award-giving ceremony was held today at ADP building-eLearning Studio at MUBS in Nakawa and the competitions had participants from Makerere, Kyambogo among other Universities.
