2021 Graduation Ceremony Guidelines

 The Academic Registrar, Kabale University, Informs Graduands, parents and the general public that the University will hold the 5th Graduation Ceremony ( as a Public University) on Friday, 28th May 2021.

Due to the COVID- 19 pandemic, the Ministry of Health guidelines have to be followed. In this regard, a limited number of Graduands will be allowed on the graduation grounds.

ONLY the following categories of Graduands shall be allowed:

  • Masters’ Degree
  • First Class Degree
  • Pioneer Classes in Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical)
  • Bachelor of Nursing Science
  • Diploma in Anesthesia
  • International students.

Invitation cards are ready for collection from Academic Registrar’s Office. Remember to wear a mask.

Parents and guardians are not permitted to accompany the Graduands to the ceremony.

The rest of the Graduands are advised to follow the live stream on NBS TV, TV West and Voice of Kigezi.
