Fountain Juniors Foundation Primary School pupils pay a courtesy visit to KAB

As is written in the holy writ, “Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God” (Luke 18:16). In line with the scripture, on Friday 14th of October Kabale University played host to some pupils from Fountain Juniors Foundation Primary School located in Ntungamo district. They visited Kabale University to familiarize themselves with University campus learning environments.

The students were welcomed to the University by the University’s Senior Communication and Branding Officer Godfrey Sempungu. He briefed them about the University and expressed joy about the visit. He inspired them to love studying and learning and encouraged them to start dreaming of a future where they will be when it is their university study time.

They were also addressed by the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Finance and Administration Anny Katabaazi Bwengye (Mrs) who was overjoyed to interact with them. She welcomed them to the University and expressed the university’s willingness to always receive the young ones back.

The team of pupils was led by the School’s director Mr. Victor Barinawe who is a Kabale University Alumnus. He expressed his appreciation for being hosted at Kabale University. He shared a brief background of the school and the progress that it had so far made. After the briefing, they were conducted around the University campus by the Senior Communications and Branding Officer.
